Jacquard Curtain Fabric
Wholesale jacquard curtain fabric by the roll
About this fabric type
What buyers should establish first.
Jacquard describes how a pattern is built into a fabric: the design is produced on the loom by interweaving yarns of different colours, rather than printed onto the fabric surface afterwards. The pattern is part of the fabric structure, which is why it reads differently up close and behaves differently on the reverse side.
This page collects the jacquard fabric rolls currently published in the ZZA catalogue. Every product listed here is a roll fabric, specified by weight and usable width. Ready-made curtains that happen to use a jacquard construction are a different product line and are listed in the main catalogue rather than here.
Where a product carries published differentiating data — a design name, for example — we show it on the card. Where it does not, the product is listed with the specifications we actually hold, without filling the gaps with invented detail.
What to compare
Verified characteristics.
Pattern built into the weave
The motif comes from the loom construction rather than a surface print, so the design does not sit on top of the fabric. Compare a jacquard and a printed option on the same sample table.
Weight
Published in GSM for every roll product on this page. Heavier constructions carry more body and drape differently in a finished curtain.
Usable width
Published in metres for each roll. Width decides how many drops a panel needs and how much fabric a project consumes.
Stock or production route
Minimum order and lead time depend on whether a design is held in stock or produced to order, and on the colour route. Ask for the current position on the specific product you are considering.
